Vidalı diş tedavisinde bir yöntem olan bu teknikte üst ve alt çene kemikleri, ayrıntılı şekilde görüntülenir. Sonrasında belirlenmiş açılarla 4 ya da 6 implant uygulanır. Özellikle hiç dişi bulunmayan hastalarda, tek günde ağız-diş sağlığına kavuşulur. İşlemlerin tamamlanmasıyla beraber, hastaların ağız-diş hijyenine önem vermesi, kontrollerin devamlı sağlanması gerekir. Çene Kemiği Tozu (Kemik Grefti)
Kemik grefti olarak da adlandırılan çene kemiği tozu farklı şekillerde elde edilmektedir. Hayvan, insan ya da sentetik olarak üretimleri bulunur. Blok ya da küçük partiküllü toz tarzında üretilir. Kemik Grefti uygulaması özellikle;
